Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that SIF Investment Company Ltd has transferred its entire interest in CP7 International AIV, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL016340 (the “Partnership”) by transferring part of its interest to each of:

1. QS PEP S.C.A., SICAR – QS PEP 2012

2. QS PEP S.C.A., SICAR – QPE PEP 2012

3. QS PEP S.C.A., SICAR – QS (EI) PEP 2012

4. QS PEP (L) 2010 – 2016, Inc.

SIF Investment Company Ltd has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Each of QS PEP S.C.A., SICAR – QS PEP 2012, QS PEP S.C.A., SICAR – QPE PEP 2012, QS PEP S.C.A., SICAR – QS (EI) PEP 2012 and QS PEP (L) 2010 – 2016, Inc. have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
