CP6 STEEL AIV, L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. Kemnay Fund Investors LLC has transferred its entire interest in CP6 Steel AIV L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL011085 (the “Partnership”) by transferring part of its interest to each of:

a. PEA Rockford Holdings LP; and

b. PEA Rockford B Holdings LP; and

2. Ecarté Limited has transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Agemo Corporation.

Kemnay Fund Investors LLC and Ecarté Limited have each ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership. PEA Rockford Holdings LP, PEA Rockford B Holdings LP and Agemo Corporation have each been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
