I was appointed liquidator of Penlea Consultants Limited (SC: 332675) at the first meeting of creditors on 24 October 2017. A liquidation committee was not established. I do not intend to summon a separate meeting of creditors to establish a liquidation committee however I am required to call such meeting if requested by more than one tenth in value of the company’s creditors.
