Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 November 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 21 November 2017, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of MAX LEON GELFAND MCDEVITT, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of MAX LEON MCDEVITT and assumed the name of MAX LEON GELFAND MCDEVITT.
