Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 November 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24 November 2017, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of HOLLY LOUISE COOMBS, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of HOLLY LOUISE CLAESENS and assumed the name of HOLLY LOUISE COOMBS.
