Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Magellan Production & Consulting SPRL has assigned its entire Interest as a limited partner in Equistone Partners Europe Fund V "B" L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP16239, to Hipsty SCSp, which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
