(THE "PARTNERSHIP")TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTERESTS
Notice is hereby given that on 24 November 2017, The Trustees of the Manish Chande 2007 Life Interest Trust (the "Transferor") transferred their limited partnership interest in the Partnership to Killik & Co. Trustees Ltd R.E. M J Chande Esq in their capacity as trustees of the Killik & Co SIPP (the "Transferee").
Accordingly the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
