Notice is hereby given under Rule 4.19(4)(b) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that on 27 November 2017 the above named Company was placed into members’ voluntary liquidation and Robert Welby was appointed Liquidator. The Company is presently expected to be able to pay its known liabilities in full.
