NOTICE is hereby given that on 28 November 2017 a Petition was presented to Dunfermline Sheriff Court by Rosyth Ex Servicemen's Club Limited, having a place of business at Crossroads, Admiralty Road, Rosyth, Fife, KY11 2BP craving the court, inter alia, that Rosyth Ex Servicemen's Club Limited (Registered Number 1211RS) ("The Club") be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Dunfermline by Interlocutor dated 28 November 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Dunfermline Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed Richard Gardiner , Insolvency Practitioner, Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8PB to be provisional Liquidator of the club with the powers specified in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; of all of which notice is hereby given.
