THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of Paula Marie VASCO-KNIGHT to be a Commander of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 30 December 2013, shall be cancelled and annulled and that her name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of Ian Richard SWINGLAND to be an Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 29 December 2006, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of David John KEMP to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 30 December 2013, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

THE QUEEN has directed that the award of the Queen’s Police Medal to Nicholas James GARGAN dated 30 December 2011, shall be cancelled and annulled.

THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of Anne GANLEY to be an Officer of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 28 December 2012, shall be cancelled and annulled and that her name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of Trevor George FRANCIS to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 15 June 2012, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of Malcolm BELCHAMBER to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 30 December 2004, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.

THE QUEEN has directed that the appointment of Derek Charles EAGLESTONE to be a Member of the Civil Division of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, dated 10 June 1994, shall be cancelled and annulled and that his name shall be erased from the Register of the said Order.
