NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the Company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 1 December 2017 at 10:30 am, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

The following decisions are to be put to the virtual meeting:

a. The nomination of a liquidator for the purposes of the winding up of the Company and distributing its assets.

b. In the case of joint liquidators to determine whether any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidators is to be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding the office of liquidator.

c. To decide whether to establish a liquidation committee and to appoint persons to serve as creditor members of that committee.

d. To consider the basis of the joint liquidators’ remuneration and expenses.
