WHEREAS SIMPLY ASIA (UK) LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC454659 was dissolved on 27 September 2016; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Simply Asia (UK) Limited was the Sub-Tenant under a Sub-Lease between Royal Mail Group Limited and the said Simply Asia (UK) Limited, dated 8 and 19 November and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 4 December all in the year 2013, of ALL and WHOLE the premises forming part of the subjects known as 8 Haughburn Road, Glasgow, G53 6AE; AND WHEREAS the Sub-Tenant’s interest under the said Sub-Lease having fallen to the Crown on the dissolution of the said Simply Asia (UK) Limited came to my notice on 9 December 2016: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Sub-Tenant’s interest under the said Sub-Lease.
