Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 16 November 2017, HgCapital LLP transferred £4.26 of its capital contribution in HgCapital 8 P&E Co-Invest L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL027560 to Stefan Margolis and with effect from 16 November 2017, Stefan Margolis (who is already a limited partner in the Partnership) increased his capital contribution in the Partnership by such an amount.
