At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Unit 5, Wessex Road Industrial Estate, Wessex Road, Bourne End, Buckinghamshire, SL8 5DT on 9 November 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Lowes (IP No. 9194) and Matthew Fox (IP No. 9325) both of CVR Global LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
