“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) of MT Insolvency Limited, 21 High View Close, Hamilton Office Park, Hamilton, Leicester, LE4 9LJ and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator, may be done by all or any one of them.”
