Notice is hereby given that on 7 November 2017 a Petition was presented to Sheriff at Stirling Sheriff Court by Daniel Nicholas Fowlds and Narina Andrea Fowlds, craving the Court that Solehya Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 14 Menzies Avenue, Fintry, Stirling, G63 0YE (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Stirling by Interlocutor dated 9 November 2017 appointed all persons having interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Stirling Sheriff Court, Viewfield Place, Stirling, FK8 1NH, within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
