Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented to the Court of Session by Malcolm John Deeks, care of Kirroughtree House, Newton Stewart, Wigtownshire DG8 6AN, on 6 November 2017 craving the Court inter alia to order that KIRROUGHTREE HOUSE HOTEL LIMITED (Company Number SC466378) having its registered office at The Ca'd'oro, 45 Gordon Street, Glasgow G1 3PE be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators of the said Company, the Lord Ordinary at the Court of Session by Interlocutor dated 7 November 2017 ordered all parties intending to appear in the Petition to lodge answers with the Deputy Principal Clerk of Session at the General Department of the Court of Session within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement and meantime appointed Paul Dounis, Insolvency Practitioner, of RSM Restructuring and Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG, and Lindsey Jane Cooper, Insolvency Practitioner, of RSM Restructuring and Advisory LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester M3 3HF to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company until Interim liquidators of the said Company are appointed or the said Petition is dismissed.
