The Executive Office in pursuance of, and by virtue of, every power enabling it in that behalf hereby appoints Mr Jeff James, to be the Officer to print the Acts of the Northern Ireland Assembly and to be the Government Printer for Northern Ireland, and to carry out all his duties as such Officer and Printer according to the law and according to such instructions as he shall receive from the Executive Office from time to time.

Provided always, and it is hereby declared, that this appointment shall continue in force only so long as the Executive Office shall think fit.
