Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 September 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 October 2017, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of MAX MICHAEL KITCHING, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of MAXX MICHAEL KITCHING and assumed the name of MAX MICHAEL KITCHING.
