Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to the City of Edinburgh Council by Scottish Power Energy Networks and C220. relating to planning application 17/02227/PPP at 2 Dewar Place Edinburgh EH3 8ED .The development description is PPP for two hotels (Class 7), office (Class 4), retail (Class 1), restaurant(s) (Class 3), pedestrian deck, and bridge link and accesses from Western Approach Road and Canning Street; detailed approval for siting, maximum height & limits of deviation of proposed buildings, partial demolition, and refurbishment of façade of former electricity station. Possible decisions relating to the application are: Approval of the application without conditions; Approval of the application with conditions; Refusal of the application.
