Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that Joint Liquidators have been appointed to the Company by the Secretary of State.

Notice is also hereby given that the Liquidators do not propose to hold a general meeting of the Company's creditors for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee.
