Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Administrators of the above named Company (the 'conveners') are seeking a decision from Creditors to consider the Joint Adminstrators' Proposals and basis of their remuneration by way of correspondence.

A creditor's vote by correspondence must be received by no later than 23.59 hours on 7 August 2017 (the 'decision date').
