(i) the next of kin and/or any relatives of James Anthony Borrow(e)s who died on the 13th February 2010 at Royal Liverpool University Hospital, Liverpool late of 54 Marlborough Road, Tuebrook, Liverpool, L13 and 1 Ellerslie Road, Liverpool, L13 and 139 Liverpool Road North, Maghull, Merseyside, son of James Borrow(e)s and Anne Borrow(e)s who had resided at various addresses in the Liverpool area including Kirkdale and Latimer Street (off Scotland Road);

AND

(ii) if anyone can provide information about the identity or current whereabouts of “Ned” and/or “John” (being the brothers of the late Anne Borrow(e)s (deceased)) or their issue,
