Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30 May 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 2 June 2017, I, TINA HORIZON of 19 Fishpond Lane, Egginton, Derby DE65 6HJ, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Michael Cordon and assumed the name of Tina Horizon.
