On 12 May 2017, Mr Justice Phillips of the High Court of Justice, England and Wales ordered in the proceedings referenced above that, upon certain specified events, the appointment of receivers be terminated (and other consequential relief) in respect of the following companies (the "Order"):

1. Usarel Investments Limited;

2. Direct Logistic Solutions Limited;

3. Tedcom Finance Limited; and

4. Lux Investing Limited.

The Order will become effective seven days after the publication of this notice on the London Gazette’s website. Any third party affected by the terms of this Order may apply to have it varied or set aside within seven days of publication of this notice.
