NOTICE IS GIVEN by Steven Wiseglass to the creditors of Brewers Pubs Limited T/a The Red Lion & The Busy Bee that the following decision is sought from them by way of a Deemed Consent Procedure.

1. That Steven Wiseglass of Inquesta Corporate Recovery & Insolvency, St John’s Terrace, 11-15 New Road, Manchester M26 1LS be appointed Liquidator of the Company.

To object to this decision, creditors must send to me at my offices at St John's Terrace, 11-15 New Road, Manchester M26 1LS a duly completed notice of objection by no later than 23.59 hours on 18 May 2017, the Decision Date, together with proof of their debt, (if not already been lodged) without which objections will be invalid.

Unless 10% of the creditors who would be entitled to vote at a qualifying decision procedure object to this decision, then it will be automatically approved on 18 May 2017 the Decision Date.
