Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company (the 'conveners') are seeking a decision from creditors on the basis on which the Joint Liquidators be remunerated and the necessary expenses of the liquidation covered by way of correspondence.

A creditor's vote by correspondence must be received by no later than 23.59 hours on 30 May 2017 (the 'decision date').
