Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 August 2016, and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 4 April 2017, I, Jodie Ann Stevens , 44 The Courtyard, 2 Surbition Avenue, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 2NJ, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Jodie Anne Downs and assumed the name of Jodie Ann Stevens.
