Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 23 March 2017, Felix Nominees Limited transferred the entirety of its interest in Felix Capital Fund II LP (the "Partnership"), represented by a capital contribution of $1 to the general partner, Felix Management GP II LP, and then subsequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
