Notice is also hereby given pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of Creditors will be held at BRI Business Recovery and Insolvency, 100 St James Road, Northampton, NN5 5LF on 1 June 2017 at 10.00 am. The purpose of the meetings is two-fold: for the Joint Liquidator’s account to be laid down before the meeting, showing how the winding up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of, together with any further explanations that may be given, and, to determine whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release under Section 299 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Proxies and proofs of debt to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Company at 100 St James Road, Northampton, NN5 5LF not later than 12.00 noon on 31 May 2017.
