THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) SCOTLAND REGULATIONS 2011NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 17

The proposed development to Land At Braehead Farm, Littlemark, New Cumnock, Cumnock, East Ayrshire, KA18 4QR is subject to assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011.

Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to East Ayrshire Council by Kier Infrastructure and Overseas, in respect of the Section 42 application to amend Condition 1 and Condition 9 of Planning Consent 10/0491/PP. notified to you under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 on 24 March 2017.

Possible decisions relating to the application are:

(i) Approval of the application without conditions;

(ii) Approval of the application with conditions;

(iii) Refusal of the application.

A copy of the environmental statement, the associated application and other documents submitted with the application may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the place where the register of planning applications is kept by the planning authority for the area at The Johnnie Walker Bond, 15 Strand Street, Kilmarnock, KA1 1HU and also at Rothesay House, 1 Greenholm Road, Cumnock KA18 1LH and also at http://eplanning.east-ayrshire.gov.uk/online/ during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Chris Lowden, SLR Consulting Ltd, Aspect House, Bennerley Business Park, Bennerley Road, Nottingham NG6 8WR at a cost of £200 and £15 for CD.
