Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 331 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of creditors of the above has been summoned by me, Dawn Lesley Chadwick (IP No. 8821) of Dawn L Chadwick Insolvency Limited, 72 Whitehouse Lane, Great Preston, Leeds, LS26 8BJ appointed Trustee in Bankruptcy of the above on 19 December 2013.

The meeting will be held at my offices as stated above on 1 June 2016 at 2.00 pm for the purposes of: “having an account laid before it showing the manner in which the bankruptcy has been conducted and the property of the Debtor disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Trustee, and determining whether the Trustee should have her release under Section 299 of the Insolvency Act 1986.”

Proxy forms (together with completed proof of debt forms for creditors who have not already lodged a proof) must be lodged with me at the above address by 12 noon on the business day before the meeting to entitle creditors to vote by proxy at the meeting.
