(i) part of the interests in the Partnership of Hugh Francis Richards was allocated to each of Christopher Michael Graham, James Richard St. John Lenane, Thomas Sweet-Escott, Oliver Bower, Simon Russell Davidson, Mark Steven Taylor, Tim Easingwood and Craig McKenzie Vickery; and

(ii) part of the interests in the Partnership of each of Christopher Michael Graham, James Richard St. John Lenane, Thomas Sweet-Escott, Oliver Bower, Simon Russell Davidson, Mark Steven Taylor, Tim Easingwood and Craig McKenzie Vickery was allocated to John Moore.
