Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 27 January 2017 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Garry Lock and Sean Bucknall, both of Quantuma LLP, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton BN1 4EA, (IP Nos: 12670 and 18030) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be autorised to act jointly and severally.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 27 January 2017 the appointment of Garry Lock and Sean Bucknall as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
