Notice is hereby given by Gordon Smythe Goldie, (IP No. 5799) and Andrew David Haslam, (IP No. 9551) both of Tait Walker LLP, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS (tel: 0191 285 0321 - email: recovery@taitwalker.co.uk) that the business of an initial meeting of creditors under paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, is to be conducted by correspondence under paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of considering the administrators’ statement of proposals and to consider establishing a creditors committee. If no creditors’ committee is formed then to consider fixing the basis of the administrators’ remuneration and disbursements, the pre administration remuneration and disbursements, and the date upon which the Administrators are discharged from liability in respect of any actions of theirs as Administrators. A creditor wishing to vote must lodge with the administrators a completed Form 2.25B together with details in writing of their claim not later than 12.00 noon on 13 February 2017 (the closing date). A copy of Form 2.25B is available on request from the Administrators.
