NOTICE is hereby given that Archibald Scott Gray, C.A., of Alix Partners LLP, formerly Zolfo Cooper, 107 West Regent Street, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G2 2BA, judicial factor on the estate of the deceased Ian McMurdo Thomson, formerly resident at Ballymenoch, Brooke Road, Cardross, Dunbartonshire, has presented a petition to the Court of Session for discharge from the office of judicial factor.

Any person having an interest may lodge answers to the petition. Answers must be lodged at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ within 21 days after the date of this notice.
