Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 December 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 January 2017, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Lily-Rose Hodgkiss who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lily-Rose Grellier and assumed the name of Lily-Rose Hodgkiss.
