“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Anne Weir and Peter Simkin, both of Lameys, One Courtenay Park, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2HD, (IP Nos. 9107 and 13370) be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
