Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, with effect from 13 December 2016, Hexavest Holding Sàrl has transferred its entire interest in AXA Secondary Fund V L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL008450 (the “Partnership”) to International SIF SICAV SA. Consequently Hexavest Holding Sàrl has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and International SIF SICAV SA has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
