Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that each of Jura CPC USD C.V. and Jura CPP USD C.V. has transferred its entire interest in Adveq Opportunity IV L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL013119 (the “Partnership”) to Partners Group Access 879, L.P.. Jura CPC USD C.V. and Jura CPP USD C.V. have each ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Partners Group Access 879, L.P. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
