Partners Group Direct investments 2006, L.P.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Sal. Oppenheim Alternative Investments GmbH has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Direct Investments 2006, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005549 (the “Partnership”) to Partners Group Access 235 L.P.. As a result of the transfer, Sal. Oppenheim Alternative Investments GmbH has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Partners Group Access 235 L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.

Subsequently, Partners Group Access 235 L.P. transferred:

1. part of its interest in the Partnership to Partners Group Management II Limited (as trustee for and on behalf of the partners from time to time of PG Partners Fund, L.P.) and;

2. part of its interest in the Partnership to WIN Alt IC Limited.

As a result of the foregoing transfers, Partners Group Access 235 L.P. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Partners Group Management II Limited (as trustee for and on behalf of the partners from time to time of PG Partners Fund, L.P.) has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
