Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, with effect from 1 January 2017, CB Private Equity LLC has transferred its entire interest in ASF VI B L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL13652 (the “Partnership”) to Broz Family Investments LLC. As a result of the transfer, CB Private Equity LLC has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Broz Family Investments LLC has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
