Notice is hereby given by Equitix Fund II LP, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 December 2016, Amanzi Bay Investment Ltd transferred its entire limited partnership interest in Equitix Fund II LP, a limited partnership registered in England with the registered number LP014200(the “Partnership”), to The City of Edinburgh Council (in is capacity as the administering authority of the Lothian Pension Fund and the Lothian Buses Pension Fund) and The Falkirk Council (in its capacity as the administering authority of the Falkirk Council Pension Fund).
