Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Joint Liquidators of the Company intend to declare a first interim dividend to unsecured creditors.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts are required, on or before 13 January 2017, to send to the undersigned C G J King of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 Bridgewater Place, Water Lane, Leeds, LS11 5QR, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. The Joint Liquidators intend to declare the dividend within two months of 13 January 2017.
