The following individuals were relevant directors of the above named company during the period of twelve months ending with the date before it went into liquidation:

Michael William McCombe of 4 School Lane, Burscough, Ormskirk, L40 4AE; and Julie McCombe of 4 School Lane, Burscough, Ormskirk, L40 4AE.
