Richmond Burgage Pastures Bill

Notice is hereby given that application is being made to Parliament in the present session by the Richmond Burgage Pastures Committee for leave to introduce a Bill (hereinafter referred to as “the Bill”) under the above name or short title.

On and after 2nd December 2016 a copy of the Bill may be inspected and copies thereof may be obtained at the price of £1.00 each at the offices of Messrs. Hunton & Garget LLP, Burgage House, 1 Millgate, Richmond DL10 4JL, and at the offices of the undermentioned Parliamentary Agents.

Objection to the Bill may be made by depositing a Petition against it. If the Bill originates in the House of Commons the latest date for depositing such a Petition in the Private Bill Office of that House will be 30th January 2017. If the Bill originates in the House of Lords the latest date for depositing such a Petition in the Office of the Clerk of the Parliaments in that House will be 6th February 2017.
