THE GLANMORE PROPERTY FUND LIMITED (IN GUERNSEY MEMBERS’ VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION) (“THE FUND”)

Notice is hereby given that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Fund, duly convened and held at PO Box 255, Trafalgar Court, 31660, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL on 29 November 2016, it was resolved that the Fund be voluntarily wound up pursuant to section 391(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 (as amended) and that James Robert Toynton and Ben Rhodes of Grant Thornton Limited and Sean Croston of Grant Thornton UK LLP be appointed as liquidators of the Fund for the purpose of the winding up. All persons having claims against the Fund are required to submit details to the Joint Liquidators at Grant Thornton Limited, PO Box 313, Lefebvre House, Lefebvre Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3TF before 23 December 2016, and all persons indebted to the Fund are required to settle their debt with the Joint Liquidators by the above date. The Company is able to pay all its known liabilities in full. All shareholder enquiries should be directed to Northern Trust who will continue to deal with enquiries on behalf of the Joint Liquidators.
