Notice is hereby given that the Authority has pursuant to the above Acts this day cancelled the registration of the following societies on the dates as shown below: Irvine North Credit Union Limited (Register No. 28 CUS) the registered office of which is at Redburn Community Centre, Dickson Drive IRVINE Ayrshire KA12 9EW. The grounds of the cancellation are that the credit union’s permission under Part 4A of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 has been cancelled.

The credit union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the credit union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
