Clearbell (Cip) L.P.

Notice is hereby given that on 25 November 2016, Chris Gadsden transferred a part of his interest in Clearbell (CIP) L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with registered number SL012340 (the “Partnership”), to Manish Chande and Sally Doyle-Linden in their capacity as trustees of the Clearbell Discretionary Trust (the “Trust”) and the Trust then transferred all of its Partnership interests in specific proportions to:

(i) The current limited partners:

(a) Adam Amijee

(b) Joe Bridger

(c) Adris Hussain

(ii) The new limited partners:

(a) Klenn Yeo

(b) Adam James,

and on effect of the transfer the Trust ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
