Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Astorius Capital PE Fonds II IN GmbH & Co. KG (the “Transferor”) transferred part of its interest as a limited partner in Stirling Square Capital Partners Third Fund A Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP016165, to Astorius Capital PE Fonds II SP GmbH & Co. KG, an existing limited partner in the Partnership. The Transferor continues to hold an interest and remains a limited partner in the Partnership.
